It is our birth right to have a clear mind and more importantly a clear energy field around you !! There are many things or situations that can muddle up your energy, leaving you feeling unwell, tired, and moody among other negative or not so nice emotions. There are also many things you can do to help yourself not only feel better but prevent the pick up of other peoples emotions and lower energies.
The quickest and most simplified ways of doing this is speaking or better yet commanding (in a respectful way) "I only want to feel whats mine, right now !! This will instantaneously clear your energy field. You should feel lighter, so to speak, immediately. When you speak these words you are activating your abilities to control how you are effected by others.
You claim that other energies are not welcome in your space and your desire to only experience what your true feelings are. You tell the universe you care how another feels and about what they may be going through, but you only want to process your emotions and energy. Some people are more susceptible to picking up energy than others. Empaths can feel what some one else is feeling, even if they are miles away. So being able to have some control over what energy your inviting into your space is not only empowering but will help lesson the burden all together.
Feeling only what is your keeps a clearer mind and heart. You are not bogged down with emotions or energy that you can't control or help any more than you are. If you find yourself not feeling like yourself of feeling down, you could have simply picked up energy while out and about. When you notice this and consciously realize you can help yourself....remember to command and have faith it will be done immediately and repeat if necessary "" I ONLY WANT TO FEEL WHATS MINE, RIGHT NOW !!"

#How do people take your energy ?
People can take your energy in many ways. There is a big difference in giving your energy and someone taking it. Some people need a little more energy given toward them than others and that is ok to a point but there are those who knowingly take more than their share ! These are the ones you have to at least protect yourself and your energy from, if not avoid them all together.
These are the ones who after being in their presence you feel tired, drained, down, depressed, angry, ill or sad. It's normal for some one to have a "bad" day but we all encounter people that EVERY TIME you've been in their presence you feel worse than before talking to them. This is experienced through telephone calls, emails, texts, even through thought and with everyone from your boss, neighbors, friends, relatives, spouses, coworkers or even someone you encountered at the park or while grocery shopping.
They are everywhere. The difference between someone having a bad day and needing your help to get through a rough patch and a chronic energy taker or energy vampire is that, the energy vampire will ALWAYS have something to complain about, need help with, want to argue, are very low energy, never see the good in anything and only want to unload their problems on anyone one who will listen and never use the advice they squeeze out of those who will listen. They will forever make you, at the very least tired to the point of exhausted with every encounter, conversation, or even the thought of them. Few are unaware of what they are doing but most know full well they are taking any energy you are giving them and using it to fill them selves up with.
These people's energy is very low and the ones who are kind enough to listen or help them, are people who have a high energy vibration thus the lower energy will literally suck the higher energies of the other person. Leaving each individual feeling the opposite of what they were feeling before. The happy person is now feeling drained and the lower energy being filled up by the happy person, now feels energized.
This is not to say that we have to run from or cut ties from every person we can identify as an energy vampire. They too do need some or their share of unconditional love but protection techniques need to be put into place in order for healthy boundaries not to be crossed.

*Energy vampires will drain your energy, unless you stop them !!
Ever been around someone who can zap all your energy just being around them ? or know someone who makes you feel drained whenever you give them your time, whether it be over the phone, face to face, or even over the internet through conversation ? They some how manage to bring your mood from happy to...... wondering why your no longer happy. And if you are an empath, clairsentient, or emotionally sensitive, you will be the main source of energy they focus on, as you have a giving nature and your souls purpose is to help others and give your time and energy.
Energy vampires thrive and survive on other peoples energy. They can not sustain their own energy level so they must feed off others energy to keep them functioning. Some know they are doing this and use it to their advantage by using others time, energy, emotion, by unloading their problems on you on a regular basis, while doing nothing to really help them self or by picking arguments, creating tension in order to feed off the energy the interaction creates.
Others don't really know they are doing this, they believe they are helpless and a victim of the universe. They ask for help and when you give it, nothing is ever is really accomplished because after your efforts are given they do not sustain momentum, unless someone else is doing it for them. A good motto here is....Be willing to help those, who are willing to help themselves ! They may not do it intentionally but none the less they do it.
These are energy vampires. There are many more examples of the types but in the end, they ALL thrive on your energy and anyone else who will give it to them. They are the chronic complainers, the pessimistic the manipulators, the narcissus's, the gas lighters, the ones who like to argue or twist your words, the ones who talk negative about you, the ones who want you to do their work, they are the ones who bring you down intentionally or unintentionally. Energy vampires are every where. You meet them almost every day. They can be your neighbors your parents, customers, co workers, friends, in laws, strangers, even your own children !
Now just because they take your energy does not necessarily mean they are bad people and you should cut them out of your life. There are ways to help deal with these people once you can identify them. You can use simple visualization techniques to place a protective energy shield between you and the other person or persons. Visualizing white light surrounding you or an impenetrable shield of protection, stopping all lower vibrations from connecting with you.
You can carry crystals or gemstones in your pocket that help with clearing up negative energy directed toward you. There are protection stones, transmuting stones, there is a stone for everything. When it is appropriate you could even give them your stone to help them with their struggles.
You must be clear about your boundaries with these people. If you do not have appropriate boundaries on how you will allow other people to treat you.... now is the time to get them. Speak them and mean it. Do not let others take advantage of you or engage in arguments that only serve to feed them your energy, time and attention.
Limit your time with these individuals and do not, do for them them, what they can do for themselves. Helping is always good but be sure your helping and not enabling them to use you or think they are not capable themselves.
Do not engage in power struggles and walk away when you find yourself being pulled into an argument or a lower energy conversation that will really do no good or accomplish anything.
Everyone in our lives need help from time to time, a shoulder to cry on, and ear to vent to, and harsh words are even spoken from time to time, but when this is a regular thing, something is out of balance and if it's not corrected... that is when you are left with symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, frustration, resentment, even with a short term head aches, aches, tension, or upset stomach and just an overall feeling of being drained, when prior to your time spent with them you were fine.
Using protection is as simple as asking Spirit to place a bubble or wall of protection around you that will stop you from absorbing anyone's negative energy, and to stop others from taking your energy...... period !!

#Lightworker, Indigo, Crystal, Wayshower, New Age humans.
Light workers are souls or beings just like you, but have chosen to come here with the full intention of helping to heal their soul brothers, sisters, and mother earth along the way. They came here to further evolve their own soul but also every other soul they encounter. They have an inner knowing thing should not be as they are. They feel there is a different way to view how this great universe works.
Many go through very difficult times in order to have compassion and a deeper understanding of others. Some are born very awake and have many psychic abilities or are born into very spiritual families, but for the most, it isn't until their 20's, 30's, 40's, or older until, through their own experiences and challenges they begin to understand and wake up to their true calling.
Light workers are people who have deep reverence for people, animals, plants, mother earth. They have difficulties understanding the harshness in this world. Some become so troubled by the negativity and harshness, they build very thick walls around them or even resort to harsh retaliation in order to cope with the energies they are bombarded with. Drugs and alcohol are often used to desensitize the energy they are taking on around them. Once they find the right information, many are able to utilize other forms to protect themselves, such as visualization, crystals, prayers, amulets, and many others.
Light workers who are aware of their life purpose, no longer choose fear to control anything, giving them the ability to do anything they feel their heart guides them too and this is how they are able to give endlessly without any expectations. They tell others they love them and that they are special, they sense when others are down and genuinely try to help anyone who needs it, to the point of giving their last dollar or the shirt off their back because their knowing of how the universe works, allows them to know that anything and everything they need will be provided.
Light workers are here to bring light in these difficult times. They are here to move us all into new ways of living. They are strong and courageous, they are guided by their inner self and care not what others think, but care deeply about others in general.
Many reading this will feel very connected to this energy, and I encourage you to learn more. Every one has the ability to shine light upon others, to be a light worker, so please go and shine where ever you go as countless people will benefit from it !!
