The spiritual ripple is growing fast

Where the were only a few there are now many !!! When one wakes up to the truth in spirituality, they teach others what they know by leading them by example. Now that those examples have been amplified through so many now on their chosen path, many many more are awakening. The ripple effect is growing insurmountably. The ripple has spread all over the world and the path of love is becoming more clear and more followed every day.

Those walking the spiritual path are clearing the way for many more to follow. It is not our job to awaken others who are not interested or ready, only to help and lead those who want different than ever before. Where one person sees truth, they eventually create curiosity in those around them, and where they may have been once ridiculed by those in their life, over time those same people can see what spirituality can do to change your life for the better and begin to want the same for theirs.

Just being you, over time teaches others a new way of being, feeling and experiencing life. No need to shove your beliefs down someones throat. It is much more palatable and digestible when people choose on their own accord to change their life, beliefs and take their  power back. The ripple of awakening happens naturally and is happening faster every day.

This spiritual ripple is causing challenging experiences in many people lives. This ripple causes everyone to question everything they thought they knew, to question everything they have been taught, to question who they are and what they came here to do. This ripple will continue to grow until the divide between love and lack is so big there is no question,as to what path, leads where.

If love, health, happiness, prosperity is what you seek, the ripple will teach you that there is more to life than we can ever even imagine and as you awaken in this ripple that is spreading everywhere, you are given many miracles along the way to show you, you are on the right path..

It can be hard and we don't have all the answers but we are given enough answers to light the path we were meant to follow. Help the ripple grow as fast as it can and the only way to make that happen is to be the best YOU can be, show others by being a leader in your own life. Show others by being the change you want to see. Be confident and shine your light as bright as you can.

The ripple will grow no matter what at this point but we can all do our part and help the process by being love and showing others by example.

#Reacting verses responding

What is the difference between reacting and responding ? Well simply put reacting is uncontrolled and responding is controlled. When one is responding they are in control of their actions words and emotions. They think before they do. They are conscious of what is going on around them. Not only what is going on but why it is going on. They see the bigger picture, they know there is always something bigger going on and even when caught off guard they still try to respond in a compassionate and responsible manner, whether comfortable or not.

Reacting is done out of habit, it is acting in a way that is automatic to them. A behavior that is learned along the way. Reacting is doing without thinking and it is usually why many of us feel hurt or guilty in the aftermath of a heated argument or conversation or if some one has done something to hurt or defy us. Reacting is unconscious actions. It is automatic and a challenging habit to break. But a habit worth breaking !

If you can see from the perspective that the universe is always giving us opportunities to try and improve ourselves and learn to come from the position of compassion and unconditional love, that you will see only opportunity when confronted with a frustrating experience. You can then begin to train yourself to consciously decide to try and respond in a more loving compassionate manner. As you begin to practice responding rather than reacting and get better at it, you may find every so often an extremely challenging and frustrating situation will come up and it will be your choice to hold onto conscious responding or revert to unconscious reacting.

Unconscious reacting usually involves things such as yelling, screaming, crying, name calling, swearing, hitting, over powering, belittling, breaking things, insulting, finger pointing or completely withdrawing from the interaction. None of these create a peaceful loving environment and almost always leaves one or more feeling hurt in some way.

Everybody seeks validation and understanding and when it is given and received in situations, situations seem to become softer and this takes conscious effort a lot of the time. Reacting is the old way of doing things. Responding is the new way and it is done from a place of love and understanding, it teaches others and it feels really good knowing you tried to respond consciously to the best of your ability.
