#The divide between the negative and positive is widening

Although many of you have felt, sensed, or know there is a major shift taking place, many people are unsure as to what is happening, what is being felt and how to deal with it. 

There is contrast which is quickly becoming more defined and definitely felt on a much deeper level than ever before. There is little room for negativity in ones life right now. Every thought, feeling, worry and person in your life which is emanating negative energy is draining and can be detrimental to bringing you what it is your are seeking.

Those who are generally negative or pessimistic are becoming more difficult to tolerate. Those who are generally positive are feeling the pull and need to really put effort forth in order to stay in their healthy energy range. Being around those who are not at all positive are becoming ever more poisoning to the light hearted.

On the other hand, even the negative are feeling challenged in a new way. You see what we think and feel and surround ourselves with are what we become and what we create. The need to remain in a positive mind set has never been more needed and the choice not to, has never had such dramatic results as they do now..

We create our lives and those who are aware of this, know the gap between positive and negative is widening and the pace is picking up. The positive can no longer tolerate the negative. Even one's negative thoughts are manifesting negative experiences more quickly and can be felt more intense than ever before.

We MUST remain in our hearts and emanate love, compassion, positive thoughts and feelings if we ever really want to create exactly what we want in life.

Those around us are only reflections of us and our thoughts are only reflections of what we are creating, our feelings are only reflections of what we are going to bring more of.

Even the negative are finding the positive challenging to be around, they cannot stand the optimism, the positive out looks and kindness they can't find within themselves. They don't want to hear solutions as they are not ready to accept responsibility as to why they are, the way they are, and are even less interested in putting the needed effort forward to make changes in their lives.

The divide is widening and everyone can feel it, even if they can't put it into words. We have to create what we want by being the change we want to see. We have to mind our thoughts, our feelings, who and what we bring into our space. We have to choose to surround ourselves with positive people, places, things, thoughts and feelings if we want to bring about experiences that reflect just that.

Negativity just doesn't work any more, negativity's best use now is to feel it and know we want different. Negativity is a great tool to gauge where you are in the balance. If you feel less than positive than change what needs to be changed. whether it be your thoughts, how you feel, your daily routine or who you are surrounding yourself with.

It's not easy but it is worth it. If it were easy everyone would be doing it but only those who are truly done with unnecessary negativity know that the more space you put between the negative and the positive, the more your going to experience exactly whatever side your on. Which do you choose ??

*Love some one who's difficult to be around ?

We all have at least one friend or family member who is difficult to be around. Many behaviors, personality traits, and energies that can be challenging to be around, especially if your sensitive or clairsentient or an empath. (can feel what others are feeling, literally as if you were going through their experience) Caring about these challenging friends, family members, neighbors or co workers can come naturally and shutting off your caring sonar is impossible for most.

So how do you balance wanting to help some one but can feel terrible after spending time with them ?

 You do more of your helping from behind the scenes. This is powerful medicine and it always works.   Send them your unconditional loving thoughts. Think only of their good qualities, think of them in perfect health - body, mind and soul. See them surrounded in loving, healing, divine light. Ask for them to be protected from negative energies that do not serve there greater good.

Try not to feel sorry for them as this will not serve them in a positive way. Know that what you send to them through thought and intention, that what you ask for them, is received by spirit and will always be answered and on some level. Your friend will feel this, even if only on a soul level. You can do this every day, two times, five times, ten times, whenever you feel it is necessary or think it would benefit them.

When you find yourself feeling less than enthusiastic when in the presence of particular people and wish to avoid them altogether, there will probably still be times when your physical presence is necessary, so be sure to protect yourself from the unhealthy exchange of energy between the two of you. Surround yourself with with the white light of the Holy Spirit with the intention of it protecting your energy.

When someone who is happy and calm, is  around some one who is negative and pessimistic, the very different energy vibration can be very unbalancing. The happy person's energy will vibrate on a higher level than the negative person, who's energy will vibrate lower. The person with lower energy will feel better in the presence of the  person higher energy because they are literally sucking the higher energy persons energy. This is usually not done on purpose.... it happens naturally. This leaves the higher energy person drained by the end of the visit, while the lower energy person feels great for a short while after the visit, until that is, the happy persons energy they unknowingly took, is used up.

To avoid this, and have more balanced visits with your hard to be around loved ones, protect yourself by surrounding yourself with protective light or energy ( you only need to think or say this and it will be so !! ) Crystals and gem stones can help with this as well. 

But if all else fails... Send them your loving thoughts, this works just as well and sometimes even better.

*Do not own any diagnosis you are given.

Owning it strengthens it's grip on you. You are not your diagnosis, you are you. Surrendering to what you have been told you have, tells the universe you have accepted your condition for all that it is and all the symptoms that go along with it. You are taking ownership of your diagnosis. Acceptance and energy put into you diagnosis increases it's power over you by way of your belief in suffering with it.

Instead of letting your diagnosis own you, acknowledge it's presents and begin to figure out what it is trying to show you or teach you. 

In stead of saying "I have so and so...." try saying "I am currently experiencing the symptoms of ......" It is trying to communicate where there is dis-order, on unbalance, or what ever needs to be done in order to reach your highest potential in health. When you allow your diagnosis to teach you where you need change in your life, it loosens it's grip on you. Your perspective changes as does your vibration or frequency therefore so does the vibration and frequency of your diagnosis, easing, possibly even erasing your symptoms all together.

Never walk around saying I have such and such and I have to take all these medications, doctor appointment after doctor appointment, I have all these horrible symptoms and I am limited in my activities because of this terrible diagnosis. If you do this, you will remain with all these inconveniences of your diagnosis and probably create more issues and more diagnosis's . What you think and feel you create, you create what you think, feel and speak.

Educate yourself on the spiritual side of your diagnosis. There is always a deeper reason. There is always something your symptoms are trying to tell you. If it is a diagnosis that you think can not be reversed than start with the goal of trying to ease the symptoms. Your thoughts play a large part in this.

 Look into herbs, acupuncture, food or stress release techniques that can help you. Look deep within you and explore what might really be going on. Try meditation to get a clear vision on what is really going on and where the energy of the diagnosis is coming from and what you need to change to no longer experience the symptoms of it.  You can help yourself when it come to your health. Once you balance out certain aspects of your life, your overall health and attitude will improve.

Doctors and pharmaceutical corporations will not tell you this as you, ''your diagnosis'' and symptoms are their paycheck at the end of the week. They want you to depend on them for your health, but now is the time to empower yourself and learn the truth behind dis-ease. This does not mean to stop taking medications and halt all doctor appointments, but it is pushing you towards researching the spiritual side of what ails you.

When discussing your diagnosis with others or thinking about it yourself say things such as
"I am currently experiencing the symptoms of .... but they are just temporarily passing through me."
"I am experiencing better health everyday."
"I feel good today and will feel even better tomorrow."
"These symptoms are nothing more than teachers, they do not represent who I am."
"I am releasing and balancing my body, mind, and soul and this takes time, so I will be patient."
"I am working on complete health and improvements are noticed everyday."
"I am grateful for what my diagnosis is teaching me and when I learn all I can about myself and this diagnosis, my symptoms will lessen, possibly disappear all together, and even if they do not completely disappear, I will be grateful for any and all improvements."

Do not become your diagnosis, utilize your diagnosis to improve your health, listen to your body, and your body will listen to your thoughts. Think healthy. Think healthier. Think gratitude for the communication your body is desperately trying to give you and most of all love your body by fueling it with good food, thoughts and anything else that resonates as healthy your body is asking for.
